Our Beer Bus can accommodate up to 40 people for a private party.
There will always be at least one member of our staff/bartender on board to look after you, keep the drinks flowing and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Each private party lasts 1 hour.
One hour. Plenty of drinks. Good music. Great memories.
And probably some questionable karaoke decisions.
Our regular parties are not automatically private.
If you want the entire Beer Bus exclusively for your group, simply request a private party when making your booking.
If another group is already booked before yours, you can also choose to wait and start your party afterwards, with the bus exclusively yours.

Yes, you can.
However, if your party is running on a Happy Hour promotion, the discounted price only applies during the scheduled party time.
Once your party time is over, any additional drinks will be charged at the full price.
Yes, you can bring your own drinks.
However, a corkage fee will apply. This is a fixed fee paid at the entrance that allows you to consume your own drinks on board.
The Beer Bus is more than just a bus with a bar. It’s your party playground.
Depending on what you choose, you can enjoy:
Bathroom access – because nature is beautiful, but please don’t use it as a toilet!
You can bring your own music and connect your playlist via Bluetooth.
Bring your favourite songs, your guilty pleasures and that one song your group has played 47 times already. We won’t judge.
If you don’t have a playlist, don’t worry. We also have plenty of music options ready for you.
A DJ can also be arranged as part of your party, if requested.

There are toilet facilities available at the club next to the Beer Bus, with access available for our customers.

However, alcoholic beverages are strictly for guests aged 18 or over.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle, including electronic cigarettes and vapes.
We promise there will be plenty of other ways to have fun.
We understand that Lisbon traffic, Uber drivers and group organisation don’t always go according to plan.
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
After 15 minutes, we may not be able to provide the full experience or continue with the booking. Arrivals beyond this period may be considered a no-show, with no refund available.
So… set the alarm, leave a little early and don’t be the friend who makes everyone wait.
